1. About Sattırır

Sattırır is an AI-powered product photography application operated by Tork Yapay Zeka Prodüksiyon ve Yaratıcı Teknolojiler A.Ş. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our service transforms your product photos into professional-quality images using artificial intelligence technology.

By downloading, installing, or using the Sattırır mobile application or web application at app.sattirir.com (collectively, the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Sattırır. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using Sattırır on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Sattırır, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the sign-in process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Generations and Payments

Sattırır operates on a generation-based system. Generations are required to generate AI-transformed images.

• Generations can be purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• On the web application, generations can be purchased using iyzico payment processing (credit/debit card)
• Generation prices and packages are displayed within the App
• Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google, subject to their respective terms. Web purchases are processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., subject to iyzico's terms
• Generations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• When purchasing via the web application, you will be asked to provide billing information (name, address, phone, and tax/identity details) for invoicing purposes as required by applicable regulations

5. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to Sattırır. You also own the AI-generated images created from your photos.

License to Us: By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images through our AI systems solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Your Responsibilities: You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the photos you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sattırır to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate misleading or deceptive content intended to defraud others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent our security measures
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Upload content depicting minors in any inappropriate context

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI technology processes your photos to create transformed images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
• The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
• Generations are consumed when a generation is initiated, regardless of the outcome
• We continuously improve our AI, which may affect future results

8. Intellectual Property

The Sattırır application, including its design, features, AI models, presets, and underlying technology, is owned by Tork Yapay Zeka Prodüksiyon ve Yaratıcı Teknolojiler A.Ş. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice
• Limit service availability in certain regions

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse our services or other users

Upon termination, your right to use Sattırır ceases immediately. Any unused generations will be forfeited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SATTIRR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORK CREATIVE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SATTIRR.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of Sattırır after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sattırır shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
