This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and web application (app.sattirir.com).

By using Sattırır, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive:

• Email address - Used to identify your account
• Display name - Shown in your profile (optional)
• Profile photo URL - Displayed in your profile (optional)

We do not have access to your Google or Apple account passwords.

Photos and Images

When you use our AI transformation features:

• Photos you upload - Product images you submit for AI processing
• Generated images - AI-transformed versions of your photos

Usage Information

• Generation history - Records of your AI transformations (presets used, settings selected)
• Generation balance - Your current generations and purchase history
• Device information - Device type, operating system, and app version

Billing Information (Web App)

When you purchase generations via the web application using iyzico payment processing, we collect:

• Full name - For invoicing purposes
• Email and phone number - For payment notifications and invoice delivery
• Address and city - For invoicing purposes
• Identity number - For individual invoicing (individual customers, Turkey only)
• Company name, tax number, and tax office - For corporate invoicing (corporate customers)

This information is collected to fulfill legal invoicing requirements and to process your payment through iyzico.

Optional Information

• Push notification tokens - If you enable notifications, we store your device token to send you updates

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide our services - Process your photos through AI and deliver generated images
• Manage your account - Authenticate you, track your generations, and maintain your generation history
• Process payments - Fulfill generation purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or iyzico (web)
• Invoicing - Process and store billing information to comply with legal invoicing requirements
• Send notifications - Alert you when AI generations are complete (if enabled)
• Improve our services - Analyze usage patterns to enhance our AI and user experience
• Provide support - Respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues

4. How Your Photos Are Processed

When you upload a photo for AI transformation:

1. Your photo is securely transmitted to our servers
2. The image is processed by third-party AI services to generate the transformed result
3. Both your original upload and the generated image are stored in our secure cloud storage
4. You can view and download your generated images from your gallery

Your photos are processed solely for the purpose of providing you with AI-generated images. We do not use your photos for training AI models or for any purpose other than delivering our services to you.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Authentication providers - Google and Apple receive authentication requests when you sign in
• AI processing services - Your photos are sent to third-party AI services for transformation
• Cloud storage providers - Your images are stored with secure cloud infrastructure providers
• Payment processors - Apple and Google process your in-app purchases; iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Turkey) processes web purchases
• Push notification services - To deliver app notifications to your device
• Advertising measurement - Meta Platforms, Inc. receives app event data (such as app installs, app launches, and in-app purchases) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns; see Section 9 for details
• Legal requirements - When required by law or to protect our legal rights

Your photos are never shared with advertising partners, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

6. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Photos and generated images are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls
• Account authentication uses secure tokens
• We regularly review and update our security practices

While we strive to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account information - Kept while your account is active
• Generated images - Stored until you delete them or your account
• Generation history - Maintained for your reference

• Billing information - Retained as required by applicable tax and commercial regulations

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and generated images, except where retention is required by law.

9. Analytics and Advertising Measurement

Sattırır uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. For this purpose, the app shares certain event data with Meta Platforms, Inc., such as app installs, app launches, in-app purchases (including the purchase amount), and general in-app activity (such as selecting a preset). Depending on your consent, this data may be associated with your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android).

Your consent controls tracking.On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier is used. If you decline, the app works fully and events are not linked to your advertising identifier. You can change your choice at any time:

• iOS - Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
• Android - Settings > Google > Ads, where you can delete or reset your Advertising ID

Your photos are never shared with Meta or any other advertising partner. For details on how Meta processes this data, see the Meta Privacy Policy.

Beyond this, we collect only the minimal usage information necessary to operate and improve our services.

10. Children's Privacy

Sattırır is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
